Services
Alaska Art Therapy and Counseling provides both in person and online counseling for adults, teens, children and families.
Insurances Accepted
We are a preferred provider and direct bill for the following insurances:
AETNA, Blue Cross, Tricare and EBMS. We are working on being able to bill for Alaska Medicaid.
We also participate with many EAP (Employee Assistance) plans
Dorolyn is a TC-TSY facilitator: Trauma Center-Trauma Sensitive Yoga
TC-TSY is an evidenced based practice for treating complex trauma. and PTSD. It is a yoga practice that presents opportunity for participants to be in charge of themselves based on a felt sense of their own body.

Populations Served and Modalities Used
All ages of people are welcomed and served at this location. Adults, teens, children, and families. Art, play and talking are utilized depending on client preference. The office has a fully stocked art studio, large beanbags for sitting, building and playing with, and many toys and space for playing ball or other active games. Plenty of space for yoga too.
